Hillary Clinton thought she had gotten off scot-free from the email scandal. Now, a federal judge is putting her back in the hot seat. In fact, now that Jeff Sessions is gone from the DOJ, it’s looking really bad for the Clintons. Not only will Hillary be in jeopardy, but so will former FBI Director James Comey and his cabal of deep state thugs who claimed the failed presidential candidate had committed no crimes. You’ll love this.
Thank God for real patriots like Tom Fitton. He heads up Judicial Watch, which is a conservative group of attorneys who are fighting the corruption of the deep state. Today, Judicial Watch attorneys were in a federal court arguing that Hillary Clinton must be compelled to answer questions under oath about her personal email server and the lost 33,000 emails.
They were basing their argument on Hillary’s longtime right-hand women, Huma Abedin, and her strange work situation. Abedin was granted a “special government employee” designation to accept outside employment while she was working at the State Department.
We also should remind everyone that it was Abedin’s husband, Anthony Weiner, who had the laptop which the New York PD were shocked to find also had thousands of classified documents stored on it. In a surprise ruling, Judge Emmett Sullivan sided with Judicial Watch against Hillary Clinton.
Remember, it was Judge Sullivan who shocked Barack Obama’s DOJ and IRS when they were targeting conservative groups by ordering an outside investigation. He also believes in a deep state cabal. Author Sidney Powell describes Sullivan, writing, “He also had the moral conviction, courage, and gumption to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Justice Department and the individual prosecutors.”
Judge Sullivan went against the deep state of the Obama Administration once again by handing Judicial Watch this victory. Hillary will have to go under oath and, within 30 days, answer two key questions she refused to answer before Sullivan’s ruling. Those questions are:
- Describe the creation of the clintonemail.com system, including who decided to create the system, the date it was decided to create the system, why it was created, who set it up, and when it became operational.
- During your October 22, 2015 appearance before the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on Benghazi, you testified that 90 to 95 percent of your emails “were in the State’s system” and “if they wanted to see them, they would certainly have been able to do so.” Identify the basis for this statement, including all facts on which you relied in support of the statement, how and when you became aware of these facts, and, if you were made aware of these facts by or through another person, identify the person who made you aware of these facts.
Under oath in 2016, Hillary answered she “did not recall” to 20 out of 25 questions put to her. Tom Fitton spoke with the Washington Examiner, telling them it was “outrageous” that the two years into the Trump administration that the Justice Department and State Department were still “defending Hillary Clinton.”
The Washington Examiner reports, “Clinton’s use of an unauthorized private email server to handle government business during her time as secretary of state has been the subject to a great deal of controversy and investigations, including one by the FBI which determined that Clinton’s team was ‘extremely careless’ in handling classified information. The agency did not, however, recommend criminal charges against anyone involved with Clinton’s private email network.”
And, then, just last night on the Sean Hannity show, Senator Lindsay Graham also dropped a bombshell on poor Hillary. He told Hannity he would further investigate the Hillary Clinton email controversy should he become chairman of the Judiciary Committee next year. It’s a done deal that Graham will be the next chairman.
So, Hillary can’t answer, “I don’t know.” And, this might just be the beginning of the end as we finally see some sort of justice when it comes to Hillary Clinton. The American people are still chanting, “Lock her up,” at Trump rallies, which should be a big wake-up call for all those who think their crimes are forgotten.
