As Embarrassing DNA Test Comes Out, Massachusetts Police Chief Humiliates Warren

On Monday morning, Senator Elizabeth Warren’s decades-long claims to be Native American came crashing down as the results of her DNA test were revealed. To add insult to injury, a police chief from Warren’s home state has come out with some very humiliating information about the top Democrat.

According to BreitbartEverett, Massachusetts, Police Chief Steve Mazzie says that Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) — whose being challenged by populist conservative Geoff Diehl — is “out of touch” with law enforcement in the state and has been “disrespectful” to all Americans working in the criminal justice system.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News Political Editor Matt Boyle on SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Saturday, Mazzie called Warren out for recent comments in which she called the entire U.S. justice system “racist.”

“Let’s just start with the hard truth about our criminal justice system,” Warren said in August at an event hosted by Congressional Black Caucus Chairman Cedric Richmond at Dillard University in New Orleans. “It’s racist. It is. And when I say our system, I mean all the way. I mean front to back.”

“We’re talking about the front end on what you declare to be illegal; on how you enforce it, on who gets arrested,” Warren added. “They shackle pregnant women. What kind of a country does this to people? Our prison system is something that America should be ashamed of. What we do to other human beings is fundamentally wrong.”

Her comments were met with harsh criticism. Republican candidate Beth Lindstrom called on Warren to apologize, saying, “Sen. Warren needs to apologize to every police officer, judge, corrections department employee, probation worker and the many other honest and decent people in our criminal justice system who have been smeared by her alienating and careless rhetoric.”

“Words like this are polarizing and divisive: completely used for personal political gain for 2020, without regard for how they sound to the many good people in Massachusetts and around the country who are punishing criminals, keeping us safe and administering justice,” Lindstrom added.

Warren’s comments have come back to bite her once again, as they were the topic of discussion over the weekend on SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Saturday. Everett, Massachusetts, Police Chief Steve Mazzie said Warren’s comments are “not only disrespectful to the officers, but to everyone else that’s involved in this system.”

“To me, it sounds like the Senator is out of touch with what’s going on with people in the profession in her own state to make that kind of statement,” said Mazzie. “Those kind of comments, they’re disrespectful, they’re harmful, they’re divisive, it doesn’t reflect the criminal justice system that I’ve worked in the past 26 years.”

Mazzie also said Warren’s assertion that law enforcement officials want the same kind of prison release-style criminal justice reform that she advocates for is untrue.

“She then followed up in the days after that, she claims that we believe the system needs reform and needs change,” Mazzie said. “But I don’t think it’s the kind of reform and change that she’s talking about. When you have officers getting killed in a state like ours, shot to death, multiple officers … and sometimes these people could have been kept off the street, it hurts. It hurts everybody.”

Warren may want to consider toning down the cop-hating rhetoric; her challenger in the U.S. Senate race, Geoff Diehl, recently made headlines when he picked up endorsements from two police unions, including the Boston Police Patrolmen Association. Diehl has also won the endorsement of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) union. That’s no surprise, though, considering what Warren had to say about ICE back in June:

“The president’s deeply immoral actions have made it obvious we need to rebuild our immigration system from top to bottom starting by replacing ICE with something that reflects our morality and that works,” Warren said during a rally in Boston.

“President Trump seems to think that the only way to have immigration rule is to rip parents from their family, is to treat rape victims and refugees like terrorists and to put children in cages,” she continued. “This is ugly and this is wrong and this is not the way to run our country.” [Source: The Hill]

Indeed, it’s not looking good for Elizabeth Warren in the Massachusetts Senate race. And if the release of her DNA results on Monday is any indication that she is gearing up for a 2020 presidential run, she ought to do some serious thinking about the way she speaks of the hard-working law enforcement officers who risk their lives to keep our streets safe. After all, it’ll be awfully hard to win when every cop in America, plus their wives and children, hates your guts.
