Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar are big fans of porn star Stormy Daniels and her attorney Micheal Avenatti. The View co-hosts were livid when President Donald Trump won the defamation suit brought by the creepy porn lawyer. In fact, Goldberg ridiculously exclaimed, “Either everybody has freedom of speech, or no one has it!” They both were outraged over Trump referring to Daniels as “Horseface.” Well, they were made to look like utter fools.
Last night, we learned that President Donald Trump won the defamation suit that was filed by the creepy porn lawyer. This reckless lawsuit brought by Avenatti was such a disgrace. You may remember the porn star had employed a sketch artist to draw a man she claimed had threatened her about messing with Trump. Strangely, the man looked almost identical to her ex-husband.
In response, the president tweeted, “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!” Avenatti contended Trump had injured Daniels’ reputation by tweeting something “false and defamatory, and that the tweet was defamation … because it charged her with committing a serious crime.”

CNN reports, “A federal judge has dismissed adult film star Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump. Daniels sued Trump after he said in a tweet that her story of a man threatening her not to come forward with her story of her alleged affair with Trump was ‘a total con job.'”
“The Court agrees with Mr. Trump’s argument because the tweet in question constitutes ‘rhetorical hyperbole’ normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States. The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement,” District Judge S. James Otero concluded.
In response, President Trump tweeted, “‘Federal Judge throws out Stormy Danials lawsuit versus Trump. Trump is entitled to full legal fees.’ @FoxNews Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas. She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!”

Well, Whoopi and Joy were outraged. How dare the president get away with what they say is going against “freedom of speech.” What? Yep, that’s what Goldberg is claiming. You see, this is what happens when you don’t do your homework before going on live TV. You look like utter fools.
Whoopi was livid, saying, “Either everybody has freedom of speech, or no one has it! Everybody gets to say what they want to say, and you can come after me and I can go after you because that’s what the Constitution gives us! I only left Thursday, so if something changed let me know.”
Joy claimed she knew why the president referred to Stormy as “Horseface.” With her disgusting mind in the gutter, big mouth Behar said, “Horseface is a reaction to [Stormy] making fun [of Trump’s genitalia].” Abby Huntsman said, “Yeah, I think you’re right about that. And he shouldn’t be tweeting about women like this right now.”
So the shrews of The View are so incredibly ignorant that they don’t see the judge ruled in favor of free speech, namely, President Trump’s. And the kicker is the creepy porn lawyer got busted by this judge who ruled Stormy Daniels would have to pay Trump’s attorney fees!
Wow, I hope the porn star has made a ton of money stripping in her sick “Make America Horny Again” stage show. The president’s attorney is Rudy Guiliani, and he ain’t cheap.
This display was flat out embarrassing by The View, especially since they boast about having a resident attorney on their panel: Sunny Hostin. Yet, it was clear even Sunny failed to grasp the judge ruled in favor of free speech, and there is one more aspect to this case that the shrews failed to explain.
President Trump’s legal team also pointed out Stormy Daniels has not been harmed by his tweets, pointing out she’s pulling a con with Avenatti. In fact, Daniels has gotten famous playing the injured party, hasn’t she? Where would Stormy Daniels and her creepy porn lawyer be today if not for the free publicity they have gotten over their frivolous lawsuit against President Trump?
The judge agreed. Daniels and Avenatti have made money thanks to Trump, and he also isn’t a fan of Avenatti calling him “ubiquitous” in the media. In other words, the creepy porn lawyer is a media whore who now claims to be running for president. This is what happens when you believe the leftist press has your back. You end up losing in court, and there is no doubt Stormy and Avenatti’s 15 minutes of fame are over.
